NHS Healthy Start

  • Provides support for patients who are more than 10 weeks pregnant or have a child under 4 to help buy healthy food and milk. You can check eligibility and apply online and be sent a Healthy Start card with money on it that you can use in selected UK shops

Social prescribing team

  • Clinicians working closely with Minchinhampton Surgery provide support and guidance on local social groups, activities, community fun, work experience, peer support, mentoring, and counselling

Longfield Community Hospice

  • Provides free support and activities for patients living with a life-limited illness, their carers, and those who are bereaved. Includes complementary therapies, nature-based crafting and meditation, counselling, creative writing, music therapy, and Nordic walking
